Who We Are

SurgeVita LLC provides personal development programs, coaching, live events, and membership content, built in ASL for the Deaf, hard of hearing, CODA, and interpreter communities.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or opt in to our SMS program.

Your Account and Purchases

When you enroll in a program or membership, you agree to provide accurate information and to pay any fees according to the terms presented at checkout. All sales are subject to the refund policy stated at the time of purchase.

SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to SurgeVita LLC's SMS program, you agree to receive text messages related to appointment reminders, program and coaching updates, and account notifications. Message frequency varies based on your activity with our programs.

You can opt out of these messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again. If you need help at any time, reply HELP or contact us directly at support@surgevita.com.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. SurgeVita LLC is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
